From the very first showing in the United States on September 26, 1975 in Los Angeles at the United Artists, Rocky Horror began it's cult following and amazing success as an interactive, Bizarre, musical experience.

On weekends in the late 70's and eraly 80's, highschool kids would flock to the movie theatre for a great nights worth of fun, I can recal bringing rice, news papers, and many other props to participate in the fun.  Now a broadway verision of the Rocky Horror Picture Show takes it to new heights.
